I was contacted for a job via an agency; the job fit my skill set and I was curious so I went ahead. However from the face-to-face interviews I could feel I probably wouldn't be a culture fit, and that's exactly the feedback I got at the end of the process. So at least we were all on the same page. It felt too sophisticated and smug to be honest. The interview in itself was not difficult, very standard and a good mix of "HR-type" of questions and more technical/business ones. The conversations were pleasant and the people I met were interesting.
