• Work closely with the sales team to support business development and expansion into Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Bolivia, among others.
• Onboard, train, and provide ongoing support and strategic advice to more than 20 new accounts in the past six months.
• Understand the challenges affecting our clients and actively participate in helping clients analyze and solve those challenges using our products, including holding close to 20 sessions per week with clients to give strategic consulting and support.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients to resolve any issues that may arise.
