The interview itself was not bad but there was no reason for it to take 2+ months to make decisions regarding a role. It is hard to remain motivated and interested about a role when everything seems to drag and weeks go by between contact from the company.

Messy and unprofessional Got shortlisted for the role, recruiter sent me a take home test that's 2 hours long to complete. After I submitted the test, the recruiter totally ghosted me and did not even reply my follow up emails. This is very rude and unacceptable, given that I've spent quite significant of effort and time to do the technical test. The least they could do is let me know I didn't get through, not just leave me hanging after making me do such a long test. Don't bother with this company, so rude!
