I contacted the manager at the suggestion of a mutual industry acquaintance. I had one interview with the manager which was very relaxed and positive. I then had another interview that included the corporate manager over lunch. This interview was less relaxed and more intense but still quite positive. I later realized that the interviews matched those people's personalities and was lucky to be working directly with the more relaxed of the two.
