The process took over a month. It started with an initial HR call. I was then interviewed by the Hiring Manager. Next, I was given 24 hrs to do an assessment. Finally, I had another interview. It then took another 2 weeks to find out they went with another candidate. I find it a bit ridiculous to be given an assessment when your portfolio already shows your skills.
