Three rounds of interviews, one writing exercise. HR was amazing and worked with me to find a suitable role. Notably, there were no generic interview questions like "what is your greatest weakness." A much greater emphasis was placed on experience and fit.

The interview process was extensive and thorough, but the interview team was responsive, thoughtful, and respectful. I felt that I was being assessed as an individual, and that I had an opportunity to share why my particular experiences made me a good fit for the position.

Three round interview process consisting first of an HR phone call, then thirty min one on on, and final round interview involving multiple conversations with team members. Additionally, there was a writing prompt midway through the process.
