then they send you a test and give me 2 days to prepare and complete it
2. Cognitive Aptitude Test & Personality Test
After the test you wait to see if you go to the next phase of the Interview
3. Hiring Manager Interview
After this interview you also wait to see if you go to the next stage
4. Billing Manager Interview

Why are you interested in joining, describing my whole professional background, how would I like my manager to be, how would I interact with cross-functional departments; how would I introduce myself to cross-functional departments; what is my ideal remote working conditions;

Applied and received an email the next day for an interview. Had an interview a week later based on my schedule. I received an email prior to the interview to complete a multiple choice assessment for behavioral and math questions. Went through interview with talent rep was told I passed the test I took online and I’d receive a follow up email. Was then told a few days later they were going to hire other applicants instead.
