-First round interview with recruiter - very pleasant, easy interview. -Assessment - cognitive, easy, 20-30 minutes -Second round interview with Director of TA, a bit harder - dug into my interview processes/knowledge, how I partner with managers, how I team with other TA partners. -Final round with a couple members of the team - more cultural.
