- Two computer assessments one asking generic questions and the other with puzzles
- Initial phone interview
- Two zoom interviews totaling 1.5 hours
- Rejection email within week of last round of interviews, total time was less than 2 weeks
Tried preparing, but ultimately just wasn't. Felt somewhat intimidated and found the Zoom interviews created fatigue with no break between the two. Felt the questions asked by both managers we essentially the same, just worded differently and probably further contributed to this.

Hi - Thanks for taking a couple minutes to provide feedback on our recruiting experience. It's good perspective about zoom fatigue, and ensuring that our interviewers have specific focus areas when they are interviewing, so it doesn't feel like the same questions for our candidates. A lot of behavioural and situational based questions. Got me to the 4th round and still selected someone internally because they couldn’t select out of 5 people. Disappointing experience overall!

Difficult customer, tell me about a time you discovered an issue that wasn’t apparent to anybody.
Fairly straightforward, i had two rounds of interviews before my offer. Once with two managers and finally the second with the two head manager's. Overall fairly straightforward questions and since it was a support roll everything was pretty surface level in terms of questions and answers
