3 stage interview process. First interview was with the recruiter whom was very open and provided a lot information about the role and company. Second was with the hiring manager, which I was also given a small task to take home. Third interview was a presentation to hiring manager and another solution consultant

From the very beginning the communication from this company was top tier. The recruiter, Richard, answered me quickly, worked with my schedule, and gave me a lot of good information about the company before I began the interview process. I will say that they are VERY thorough. They know what they’re looking for and it shows. I had one prescreen with HR, took the CCAT & Personality assessment, met with the hiring manager, the director, had a panel conversation with different team members, and finally demoed a product. They even offered two one on one prep sessions with the manager to make sure I was prepared. I’m coming up on two weeks here, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!
