I submitted my resume/application online. There was a phone interview and then the assessments, which I was nervous about at first, but it's really no trouble. Afterwards, I came in to interview with two supervisors, but first they took me on a tour of the office, which was really nice and I loved the atmosphere of the workplace, so by the time I sat down with my interviewers I was determined to impress them and get the job. It worked out and after about a week they called me and sent me an offer, which I accepted.

A lot of behavioural and situational based questions. Got me to the 4th round and still selected someone internally because they couldn’t select out of 5 people. Disappointing experience overall!
