Filled out an application form, short after was invited to complete a test - spent 40 minutes. Was refused the job. Asked for feedback. The HR person said I didn't write enough why I want to work in Customer service. The question was at the application stage. They read it and still invited me to take the test. They mess you around for no reason!! It's stressful enough to look for a job during Covid, only to be then asked to waste your time

The interview process is thorough and bulb care about hiring the right candidate. You will have a phone screening and if you are successful you will be invited to a assessment day where you will complete few tasks and have a interview. This was a great process.
Online interview as remote position. Bit of roleplay and working out situations. Overall was a friendly experience and very well organised. Also had to do some pre test stuff but it was easy enough.
