The main reason I'm submitting this interview review is to give a word of warning to working parents, Bulb seems to be completely rigid in terms of working hours and arrangements.
You are expected to work 9 hours a day, from 9-6, end of. When I asked about flexible arrangements, the recruiter was kind enough to check with the CTO, but the answer was total pushback.
So unless you can and are happy to work Victorian hours, don't bother.
Otherwise fairly standard, but well-organised interview with:
* Phone screener
* Technical exercise
* Pair programming with another Senior Python developer
* Delivery Interview with Tech lead and Product lead
In the end I didn't get an offer and was told that they had better candidates.
