Lots of interviews with all stakeholders, it was great to meet the team, and it took around 7-8 different people interviewing. Mix of work culture fit, goals, and talent / background to understand possible role.

How would I describe what they do to someone that doesn't understand it?
Long interview process, around 6 rounds with multiple checks and questions. Great people and company but slight problems with organization and clarity of expectations. Had made a few things clear from the start that were non negotiable and then those things ended up being moved around when it came to the actual job contract.
