Started with a phone interview, then invited back for an in-person interview with a panel of 6 people asking a variety of situational/behavior questions for an hour. Was asked back to job shadow and met a VP of the department which started asking more questions. Pretty lengthy and somewhat intimidating process at times. Was very surprised I did not get the job because of the positive feedback I got during the process and being invited back again to “shadow” that was not apart of the typical interview process.
