I applied online and was contacted a few days later and set up a digital meeting. Get to the initial interview and it's with someone I'm assuming in recruitment or HR who doesn't know anything about Marketing. Asks a question "How often do you make decisions based on Analytics?". I felt dumb saying "I don't make any decisions without analytics" but what a wild question to ask a marketer. Overall a very disappointing interview as I couldn't really elaborate on questions because the interviewer didn't know anything about marketing.

Phone call Oct 18th then ghosting! Followed by a follow-up email and no reply. The interview/hiring process is a reflection of your culture. The person who applied to join you dedicated time to research, apply, interview, and follow up. If you are not willing to respect people who gave you this amount of time and recognition then the About Us section and cultural statements are useless. Respect to be respected!
