I was initially contacted by the HR department and instructed to take a brief assessment. After passing the skill test I was scheduled for a standard phone screen. Hours later I was informed that I would have an interview with a team member. I scheduled the interview for the next day and it went well. I was informed at the end of the interview that I would move to the next step and speak with a hiring manager. A few days later I was contacted by HR and informed that I would not be moving forward in the interview process. I was very disappointed that I was mislead.
