first interview need offline and do some simple psychotest, after that interview with user and explain what my experience on SAP Basis after HR will ask about my offer and she promise to send online interview on email. but after waiting almost 1 month there's not information about progress of my application, at least they inform why they can't continue my application. i ask to my friend they get same experience as like me not only 1 person but many person.
