Multistage interview with the typical steps of:
- phone screen with talent acquisition
- take home coding test
- interview with 2 senior engineers (technical)
- interview with a tech lead and an engineer (ways of working)
- interview with a product manager and an individual from tech delivery/client liaison (cultural fit)
Interview process was thorough and took place over the course of a couple of weeks. Each aspect of the interview process touched upon different facets of working at Bud and seemed well balanced and fair in this respect.

The process was quick and seamless. The recruiter was helpful and really let you decide how quickly or slowly you wanted to move with the process. All interviews were very easy to talk to.
