I had a phone interview first from the firms headquarters in Texas and then they scheduled me an interview at the office in Long Beach. The interview was very laid back, not really structured but they asked some hard hitting questions. seemed like they asked what came to their minds at the time

Entrevista
it went ok, I already knew the person who was interviewing me from a previous job and i felt nervous, but it went well. Because of this i was a bit at ease during the interview but for some reason i still felt nervous and in the end it went well and i accepted the job offer from them about 2 weeks later
