Process went well and was warm and welcoming. Called back several times but suspect offer was not offered when I pushed back on providing a reference from my CURRENT employer. My references reported to me that communications were unprofessional and they even ghosted one of my references after she rearranged her teaching schedule to accommodate them. Very bizarre experience. Be prepared to die on the BBN sword before you're given an offer. They expect you to risk all.
