Not the most organized interview. Interviewers were friendly but it didn't seem like they had a plan other than a few basic questions. A lot of the conversation revolved around what I thought about the role and the company which I didn't feel was the most constructive process to determine qualification. It was difficult to understand what they were looking for in a candidate.
