I am 41 and I was a Director of Digital marketing for over 8 years. A short time ago my position was dissolved as many others and I was looking for a new company to join. I had an interview with Bucked ups marketing team leaders and I knew from the start this was a mistake.
When a team of 20-somethings started asking questions and then just joking and laughing around while I was answering them, I became very disinterested in the company and the position. I kept thinking, "I have more experience and knowledge in marketing than this group put together and they are the ones deciding if I'm skilled enough to work here".
Throughout the grueling interview, The young man and young woman (I have forgotten their names already) were just chatting, laughing, and checking their phones the entire time.
I would suggest if you are an "older" candidate don't waste your time interviewing for this company because it's just a bunch of fresh out-of-school kids that feel entitled because someone they know at the company gave them a managerial position.
