Normal interview process. Asked typical questions. They look more for personality that matches with their bethesda office more. The bethesda office runs things differently than new york from what I am told.

Easy going, they ask generic questions and want you to read through your resume, stay confident and ask good questions at the end. Be jolly and excited to work for them

Entrevista
My interview was conducted by a Member and a Manager. The Member and Manager asked the typical interview questions, such as work experience, why I left jobs, and what I wanted/and where I saw myself in the future. After, approximately, an hour interviewing with the Member and Manager, the Managing Member of the firm joined the interview and asked some more specific Accounting and Auditing questions. The next day I received a call and an offer.
