Very awkward interview. I interviewed with the owner and he asked me very few technical questions, which appeared to me was because he is somewhat illiterate to modern software development. He primarily asked a bunch of questions pertaining to my personal life, some of which were completely inappropriate.

30 minute or so Phone interview, 30-45 minute WebEx interview , Then an onsite interview. I heard back within the week for each step. I woke up at 4am to fly down and interview the same day, then fly home. During the process they kept talking about a schedule but also seemed confused on who to send me to next. Talked to people inside and outside of the department. Answered a lot of the same questions from various people. They described their work as not being able to fit into a software dev workflow (agile etc.) despite being a software company. Early in the process they made a distinction between the developer Engineer and software engineer but then during the onsite it seemed they were both the same position. Generally everyone seemed friendly enough. When asked for feedback I was given interview 101 tips. I would think after the amount of interviewing they had done, they could give more personal and constructive feedback.
