It was supposed to be a three-stage interviewing process. After an initial and short informal chat with one of the Directors, I was moved forward to be interviewed by another Director. Then, after what felt like a successful 1:1 interview, they said they would contact me to arrange a final interview with the CEO. However, weeks passed, so I followed up with a couple of emails without getting a response, and then I was simply 'ghosted'.
