After submitting an online application and resume, I was asked to come in for a scheduled interview. I sat down with a team of people asking me all sorts of questions about my background, education, and mostly hobbies and passions. Lots of focus towards hunting, shooting, and the outdoors. There was a background check and a nice tour of the facilities. Also, lunch in the cafeteria was included. Elk sandwiches, delicious!
