I had to record myself answering questions- this was the most uncomfortable thing. You have to sit there and stare at yourself answering them and then you have to watch them back to. You also get a limited amount of time (about one minute) to answer each question and some of them were very in depth You don't talk to any one who works there and don't actually get to present yourself in a positive way.
