It was a 5 step process, with 2 in person interviews and 3 virtual interviews, and overall it was a great experience. Very easy to prepare for, everyone was extremely easy to communicate with, and there wasn't anything bad to say about it overall.

The interview process was AMAZING for me! A recruiter from the company reached out to me via LinkedIn and explained the details of the job and set up a phone call that day. From that point on, the interview process went just as well. Virtual interviews were set up each week and I got to know more about Brooksource and the culture. My in-person meeting was very organized and I felt very welcomed by everyone in the office. After accepting my offer, multiple people within the company reached out to congratulate me and welcome me to the team.
