After my application was submitted, I was asked when I could interview. I suggested Thursday, which was 3 days later. The employer sent a Zoom meeting link the following day then 2 days later rescinded it because I had not responded. Mind you, I had made it clear that I was interested and in those 2 days, I was busy traveling and balancing the job I already had. Other schools that I have interviewed with usually give you a deadline to respond. I thought it was very unprofessional and hostile. Not the kind of environment that I would wish anyone to work for.
