I interviewed for the HRBP role that was posted in August of 2020. There was a first round phone screen with the Recruiter. Then a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by three additional, separate, hour long video interviews with various leaders. After going through all of that, I didn't hear back from them so I followed up with an email. Still nothing. I understand it's ok if an offer is not being extended, but at least have the courtesy to let the candidates know. For a company that says they pride themselves on culture, I would have expected a bit more professionalism from the team that should be delivering on that.
