Found the job on linkedin, applied on company website, got emaill from HR for in-person interview. No phone screening. I think this company needs to provide some interview training to its hiring managers. Twenty minutes into the interview, the hiring manager tells me that I am not a good fit for this job because I don't have any hands-on treasury experience. And I'm like did you even bother to read my resume if I made any such claim anywhere. So its either a lack of preparation on their part or lack of training on giving feedback in a proper way. Just a sheer waste of half a day for me taking 75min commute to downtown each way.
