I submitted an application, and a few weeks later, I received notice that I had moved to the next round. I got an email with potential questions they might ask during an interview. The interview was over Zoom. There were around 6 different people in my interview. They were reading the questions off, and it seemed more like a script than a conversation. Most of the people in the Zoom had their cameras off. They treated me like I was wasting their time, even though this was an unpaid internship.

List of questions handed out ahead of time and read out word for word at interview. Answers are turned into a transcript and read by a panel. The interviewer is not involved in the decision process.
