Very smooth with a good mix of question in a traditional format as well as other activities to test personality and leadership. I particularly enjoyed meeting the new team and the activity on leadership.

2 stage interview, 1st stage involved informal interview with questions based around requirements of the role. I was given three days notice of this stage. I was provided with a two line email advising I wasn't successful.
