Sat with a group of teachers and administration and answered general questions about my background, philosophy and classroom community. The interview process was comfortable and inviting. It seemed more of a conversation rather than an interview.

Two separate interviews were conducted, one with specific department personnel and another interview with administration. The typical questions of an educational institution were asked, primarily concerning academic background, experience, and general classroom/pedagogical knowledge.
