This was a 3 part interview process. First was phone interview, then I met owner in person and showed my work. Last I was given an assignment to design a Master Bedroom. 2 days later I emailed my presentation to the owner. It was a thorough interview. You can tell the owner really wanted to make sure he understood my design aesthetic and taste level. HE was eager to see my portfolio and that made me happy.
