I went through an extensive interview process that lasted over a month, consisting of four separate interviews, with the final one conducted in person. Throughout these discussions, the company conveyed a strong impression that I would be joining their team, speaking as though I were already part of the organization. However, after the holiday season, communication abruptly stopped. Despite my efforts to follow up with both the company and the recruiter, I received no response. They didn’t even have the respect or decency to send a rejection email. The lack of professionalism and transparency was both disappointing and misleading, especially given the time and effort I invested in the process.
