Multiple rounds of interviews and very thorough interview questions to determine placement and fit for the company. Started off with phone call with a recruiting agency and then advanced to the next round with the recruiters at broadridge. After passing the second round the final interview was with the manager of the team which then proceeded with the onboarding process.
