      Entrevista

      I got a call from a consultancy named "Samsdegorec" and they set up the interview with Broadridge. I went for an interview on 29th of August in Hyderabad campus. The first round was technical, where I was asked all core concepts touching core java(oops concept, collection, threading), on the advanced side I was asked questions on Hibernate, Struts, and Spring. The interview was for an hour and was ok - ok types.The interviewer asked me to wait and not leave for the day. But I was getting late for office so I informed the HR and left the campus. I got a call back from the technical panel, that I have cleared first round and need to show up for the second round. So, I again went back for the 2nd round of interview, which was again technical + managerial. The technical part was good, better than 1st round while the manager was trying to convince me to move to Bangalore location. By the time I was done with this round and waiting for HR round, it was almost evening. (and I did not even go to office) HR round was really bad, where the HR was showing his incapability to pay me more than my current CTC. He was trying to convince me of the other benefits, that I may get if I join them. I was clear in telling him that, in order for me to make a switch I need at least 20% of CTC. I closed the discussion saying, send me an initial draft of what best you can pay me and the HR said he will share the same with me in a couple of days. It's been 15 days now, and neither the HR nor Samsdegorec bother to inform me anything. Even the consultancy guy stopped answering my calls. So make sure to clarify your expectation before you go for an interview. Don't waste your complete day clearing all rounds of interview, when you are not getting anything ( not even proper communication) at the end.

      Process was fairly standard and straightforward. HR round was smooth and friendly. technical rounds with managers went fairly standard involving a handful of leetcode (easy) questions, time complexity, etc very smooth process. After moving onto the director round which involved more emphasis on behavioural questions.

      The interview was 3 round process with round 1 being technical engineer, round 2 being technical advanced and 3rd being HR I was asked several questions like DBMS, OS, DSA, SQL and then some communication test.
