Acudí a una entrevista en Broadcom (Jacksonville, FL)
Entrevista
A long and tedious process, 7 plus interviews. Plan on dedicating a ton of time to work through this interview process. They are upfront and schedule with different managers from around the business
Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Broadcom (Kuala Lumpur) en ene 2022
Entrevista
The process started off pretty standard. I received an email from a recruiter for a quick 30-minute phone screen. The recruiter was friendly and gave me an overview of the role, VMware’s culture, and some insight into what the hiring manager was looking for. We briefly touched on my background and why I was interested in VMware. It was a straightforward conversation, and I felt like the recruiter genuinely wanted to make sure it was a good fit on both ends.
Next up was a technical phone interview with one of the team members. This was mainly focused on my experience and specific technical skills relevant to the role. The interviewer asked me about some recent projects and the tools I used. There were a few technical questions, but nothing too intense. I’d say it was more about understanding my approach to problem-solving and how comfortable I was with VMware’s tech stack. The interviewer was pretty friendly and open to explaining some details about the team’s projects.
