At first I got a call for a small phone interview which was very easy, basically just questions about past job experiences. After this the phone interviewer asked me to come in for a in person interiew. It was very hard - this involved 3 upper management people. One of the questions they asked "What was a goal you gave yourself in your last position and what did you do to acheive this goal" and another one was "sell me this pen"...There was about 20 of these type questions, it was really difficult and I came out of the interview feeling like I just took the SATs...I haven't heard a yes or no yet so there is still hope and its been about 1 month.
