I applied as a fresh college passout. And this was my first interview. They made me to wait for 45 minutes then got to know that it was to check my patience. I got an opportunity to meet Vice President who spoke to me casually. I did not find it difficult to clear the interviews. Met wonderful person at the interviews. He just tried to understand my need of this job and why they should hire me.
