The interview process was relatively straightforward; seated before a panel of three prospective colleagues/managers answering questions about my understanding of the role as well as more general ones about teamwork and working to deadlines.

3v1 Interview, clearly had specific words they were looking for and prompting despite obviously communicating the same point naturally. Lacked a human element of 'of course this is what we're talking about'.
