Very informal chat with the HR manager and Business Engineer Director. Applied online, heard back soon from the HR manager to organise a face to face interview. Met at the HQ office and sat in a meeting room with the HR manager and Business Engineer Director. They asked what I knew of the company, gave a brief discussion on how it formed, what they are now and the different companies they have under them. They continued to ask about my CV, the modules i've completed and how it relates to the position. They did most of the talking, shook hands to hear back not long after having been offered the position.
