The third step was a case presentation with the Interim People Director and CFO. The case itself was quite challenging—essentially, I had to present a whole new people strategy. It wasn’t very realistic to expect thorough preparation in just four hours.
Aside from that, the overall process was very professional and time-efficient, with great communication and feedback throughout.
