Step 4) One to one interview with QC general manager
Note: steps 2 to 4 in person during recruiting day on company premises.

What is your educational / professional background?
What analytical techniques have you used in previous roles?
What is your notice period?
What are your salary expectations?
If your profile is a good match for the role, then you will be invited on the company premises for a recruitment day.
Interview with the head of HR, in person:
similar questions as per the telephone interview, but more in details:
Can you briefly introduce yourself?
What do you know about our company?
What can you bring to the organisation?
What are you major accomplishments?
What are your strengths / weaknesses?
Note: no technical questions at this stage.
If successful, you will be asked to stay longer to complete a simple numeracy/literacy/chemistry test and meet the QC general manager.
Interview with the QC general manager, in person:
only technical questions at this stage:
You will be asked to outline your professional experience and then the conversation will mainly converge on HPLC analysis, with questions on HPLC method development and validation. Possible questions on this subject:
What is the purpose of HPLC analysis?
What are the components of a HPLC system and how do they work?
How do you approach HPLC method development?
What parameters would you consider in HPLC method validation?

Entrevista
The interview mostly asked questions regarding analytical equipment such as HPLC and UV spectroscopy. The interview process was one level online video call interview with the manager and team leader.
