I had asked for the Project Manager role but the interview was scheduled for the lead level role. The interview was scheduled over MS teams, the interviewer was of much lesser experience than I. I had to ask the interviewer to switch on his video. Questions were very vague and none of the questions was related to the lead level role. It was a highly disappointing experience. At least set up a right panel and set it up for right role.
