I had a pre-screen phone call with the president of the company. From there I was invited to come in and interview to their office. The interview has OOP questions, along with questions about Java. After there were 2 programming questions.

Initially a phone call from Manager and then onsite. After being spent for 1 hour at onsite they just dint get back and inspite of emailing them continuously they dont even want to reply you. I atleast expect some kind of feedback .
