Initial recruiter contacted me about a phone screen, phone screen was easy. Phone screen with manager said she thought I was a great fit and was perfect for the job ..everyone seemed really excited until I came in...could tell from the interview questions and the looks on their faces when I sat down that they thought I would have a lighter pigmentation. When I followed up with the recruiter about next steps sent me a automated rejection letter instead of just responding to my email.. Rude and unprofessional.
