Job Offer: Shortly after the phone call with the branch manager, I received a job offer letter, which I accepted. Screening Process: Brink's Inc. conducts a credit check and background check on prospective employees, which is reasonable considering the nature of the business. It's important to note that this company does not hire individuals with a criminal background, which makes sense given the need to handle money. Additionally, if you are a Portland Pothead do not apply. Medical Examination: As part of the hiring process, I underwent a DOT medical examination through Concentra. Training: Once the formalities were completed, the training phase began. The training was relatively quick, and I was up to speed in no time.

They ask questions about situational circumstances as well as make you take a drug test, brinks physical exam which includes lifting, pulling, pushing, and various physical requirement, and M-DOT certification exam which includes sight and hearing tests.
